Charity Golf Tournament: Sponsor Registration Form (PART I)

Please select one of the following four sponsorships: (1) Title Sponsorship - OPEN; (2) Gold - $3,500; (3) Silver - $1,000; and (4) Bronze - $500. Proceeds collected from the corporate sponsorship programs will go to the Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society and the Injured Marine Semper Fi Fund.

Title Sponsorship - OPEN
  • Two Hole Sponsorships: Name on course holes with signage
  • Name on banner at check-in and during luncheon
  • 2 foursomes, including golf carts and lunch
  • Recognition during luncheon
  • Recognition on website as Title Sponsor

Gold Sponsorship - $3,500
The Following Gold Sponsorships are available:
  • SOLD Golf Ball - Each golfer will receive one sleeve of golf balls with sponsor's logo.
  • SOLD Golf Towel - Each golfer will receive a golf towel with sponsor's logo.
  • SOLD Lunch - Sponsor will be recognized as the "lunch sponsor" and their name and logo displayed prominently on signage during the luncheon.
  • Goodie Bag - Each golfer will receive a Goodie Bag (with the sponsor's logo) containing all the branding items.
All Gold Sponsors will receive the following additional benefits:
  • 1 foursome, including golf cart and lunch

Silver Sponsorship - $1,000
The Following Silver Sponsorships are available:
  • SOLD Hole-in-One - Signage at Hole-in-One (2), optional company representative at holes, and presentation any winner
  • SOLD Longest Drive - Signage at Longest Drive Holes (2), optional company representative at holes, and presentation of Longest Drive Awards.
  • SOLD Closest to the Pin - Signage at Closest to the Pin Holes (2), optional company representative at holes, and presentation of Closest to the Pin Awards.
  • SOLD Beverage Cart - Sponsorship of beverage carts on one of two courses.
  • Beverage Cart - Sponsorship of beverage carts on one of two courses.
  • SOLD Mulligan - Sponsor logo distributed on mulligan tokens.

Bronze Sponsorship - $500
  • One Hole Sponsorship: Name on course hole with signage
  • Recognition on website as Bronze Sponsor
  • Recognition in tournament program
