The Columbia Group (TCG) provides expert Life Cycle Cost (LCC) analyses to assist our customers in determining design and functional trade-offs, estimate design cost constraints, and evaluate alternatives and changes in logistics support strategies and policies. We have been able to consistently provide successful outcomes for required combat logistics, and to maximize the Return On Investment for our customers.

TCG provides facility and warehousing services, as well as maintenance, warranty, and training services for our customers. Our staff personnel have expertly applied their knowledge and expertise for our customers to minimize the cost of holding inventory and warehousing, providing savings to the government from the "factory to the foxhole."

TCG's LCC analyses and Efficiency Assessments assist customers with evaluative processes to determine appropriate costs and provide a frame of reference for relating costs to program results. Our goal is to unequivocally maximize system effectiveness for the Warfighter and conduct trade-offs to balance performance, availability, and efficiency.
