At The Columbia Group (TCG), employee learning and development is a priority. We advocate a blended learning approach that includes online learning, classroom training, monthly brown bag sessions and on-the-job training.
The TCG Professional Development Program offers multiple opportunities for learning. Our goal is that eligible employees will feel empowered to enhance their skills, while improving their ability to serve our customers.
The opportunities within the program include:
