The Columbia Group (TCG) is a Tier 1 Vendor on VSE Corporation's Rapid Response (R2) Contract. The R2, awarded to a total of five large and three small businesses, is an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ), FFP/T&M type Task Order Contract that supports customer mission requirements across the entire spectrum of federal agencies. R2 is managed through the U.S. Army Communications and Electronics Command (CECOM) and offers the target of a 19 day competitive award cycle, web-based task order monitoring and an extremely broad and flexible scope of work, promoting efficient and effective means of acquiring services.
