George Consulting was established in 2003 and is based in Maryland. Our main focus is to work with both public and private sector organizations to define their strategic outlook, align their organization to that outlook, and achieve success.

George consulting is currently providing business analysis and advisory efforts, to include: Strategic Planning, Organizational Assessment and Alignment, Activity Based Costing (ABC), Metric Development, Business Process Re-engineering (BPR), Web-based Business Process Automation, and Management Advisory Services to multiple departments within the U.S. Navy and small to mid-size corporations within the Washington, D.C. Metro Area.
