The Columbia Group (TCG) is supporting the United States Marine Corps in developing and implementing logistics modernization strategies, policies, and initiatives to improve the operational reach and lethality of the deployed Marine-Air-Ground Task Force (MAGTF) worldwide and its capability to integrate land, air, and sea assets to achieve military objectives.
Using Risk Assessment and Risk Mitigation techniques and logistics operational architecture, we identify capability gaps and are instrumental in guiding the development and implementation of future automated combat support logistics systems. Our support personnel have contributed directly to the highly successful implementation of Operational Architecture; Strategic Communication; Logistics Portfolio Management; and Marine Corps Campaign Plan development initiatives.
TCG contributes significantly to the development and formulation of executive level policies and strategies regarding DoD logistics modernization programs for our customers, and has consistently provided the capability to surge resources and personnel to meet critical or emerging customer requirements.

- Coordinate portfolio management and consolidate logistics portfolio's total entries by analysis of essential systems, isolation of redundancies and identification of obsolete entries
- Provide unparalleled Program Management and Subject Matter Expertise in maintenance, supply, distribution, expeditionary logistics, supply chain management, metrics, Naval Logistics Integration (NLI), Autonomic Identification Technology (AIT), and Item Unique Identification (IUID) areas of operation
- Assist with the creation and development of new support and sustainment policies and strategies consonant with the emergence of new technologies and applications
