Logistics Management > Training

The Columbia Group (TCG) provides the best training available for our customers to achieve the highest level of effectiveness to sustain required readiness and operational capabilities goals and ensure superior outcomes for our customers. Consonant with the introduction of newer and more sophisticated technologies and the increased complexity of military systems, weapons, and processes, the knowledge level required to attain the operational expertise required has also increased.

Recognizing that we are in a dynamic military environment with abbreviated life cycles, TCG provides adaptive training in both a formal classroom and Hands On environment, including field training. We assure that adequate personnel receive the highest level of training required to meet customer needs. We develop the Technical Manuals necessary to operate and maintain systems and to derive Manpower assessments and staffing levels required for sustainment, as well as establish hierarchical levels of training for customer personnel.

TCG continuously researches methodologies to enhance and improve our training services and ensure new and emerging technologies are considered. We have stepped forward with Interdisciplinary Training that recognizes and addresses the needs of a range of stakeholders, adapting to a dynamic military environment and ensuring our customers are ahead of technological, engineering, and operational changes as they are introduced.
