Matsko Brings Over 25 Years of Leadership and Program Management Service to Her Expanded Role
Washington, DC (April 26, 2012) – The Columbia Group has appointed Mary Anne Matsko as Senior Vice President of its Navy Programs Division. In her new role, Ms. Matsko will oversee personnel providing Program Management, Acquisition and Logistics, Engineering Management, and Human Performance Solutions support to the United States Navy.
As Senior Vice President, Ms. Matsko will have executive responsibility for program management, customer service, employee development and satisfaction, and business development. Ms. Matsko stated that her “focus will be on supporting the division’s customers with innovative, low-cost, high-value solutions.” She will also “focus on providing opportunity for employees by growing the division’s presence within the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) and pursuing business with new customers.”

Ms. Matsko has more than 25 years of leadership and program management experience in service to The Columbia Group and its customers. Most recently, she served for 12 years as The Columbia Group’s Vice President of Human Resources and Administration. She regularly consults with customers as well as other members of The Columbia Group’s leadership team to develop both customer-facing and corporate solutions. Her experience encompasses executive leadership, program management, business development, human resources management and administration.
